Photo Questions

What makes a good photo?
  1. Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your furry (or non-furry) friend’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.
  2. A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of your creature’s face is showing, only half of its face will be on your PetSocks!
  3. Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

How many pets can I print on a pair?

Our socks are printed with one pet per pair, but we do have many people who order a second set with a different pet so that they can mix and match!

Can I upload something other than a dog or cat?

Does it have a face? If so, we can print it! We love critters of all types.

Can I see a proof of how my PupSocks will look?

Unfortunately we can’t provide a proof before ordering because our designers have to personally set up your image and crop out your pet’s face, but rest assured that if there are any issues, we’ll send you an email for a new image.

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going.

What is your change/cancellation policy?

Changes/cancellations to orders will be accepted until 24 hours (1 day) after an order is placed.

We will be happy to help you change your color, size, and/or picture with the order – just send us a message through this link as soon as possible with your order number and desired changes. No changes will be provided for any orders more than 24 hours after they were placed.

If you need to change your shipping address, we can help right up until the order is shipped. Please send us a message with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.

Since we create one-of-a-kind, custom products made just for you, we are only able to cancel orders and provide full refunds within 24 hours of ordering. After that point, your order goes into production. To cancel an order, please send us a message here as soon as possible with your order number

How long will it take to get my PupSocks?

Currently, our production time is 3-4 weeks. Typically (other than holiday season) it takes about 10 days for your custom product to be produced. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs can be found by using our shopping cart shipping calculator prior to checkout.

Will the ink crack or fade over time?

We use a process called sublimation. Our apparel is defined as “no feel.” This means you cannot feel any ink or cracking on your order since the product itself is dyed.

How does sizing work?

Our socks come in Adult Small and Large, as well as a Children’s size. Our sizes correspond with US standard shoe sizes as follows:

  • Adult Small: Men’s (6-9) Women’s (6-10)
  • Adult Large: Men’s (10-13) Women’s (11+)
  • Children’s (5-8)

All socks are crew-style socks and come up to mid-shin on the average adult.

How long does shipping take?

Typically it takes about 10 days for your custom product to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination.

For our US customers, we charge a flat shipping fee of $3. The shipping cost for our international customers depends on the destination of the order. If you’d like to see how much international shipping will be to your destination, please add an item to your cart and enter a shipping address into our shipping calculator. Typically, international shipping is $5-$20.
