Requirements:
MS in Marketing, Management or Closely Related and 5 years of
experience including experience in senior level positions responsible for marketing,
business development, brand positioning/awareness, analytics, entry into emerging markets and growth strategy.
Additional Requirements:
Full Time. 20% Travel within and outside US.

Duties:

  • To plan, develop and execute complex, competitive product and marketing
    strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop a Strategic Playbook to refocus the fundamental competitiveness of the business. Utilize the Playbook to allow the organization to fully engage and meet the strategic goals articulated by management.
  • Lead go-to market planning and strategies, working closely with cross functional team. Develop a strategy to introduce Pup Socks custom printed products (print on demand) in the emerging markets such as India and other Southeast Asian markets as a new category.
  • To develop an execution plan for new market entry Lead in research and analysis of market economic trends, opportunities, market conditions, buying habits and the demographic characteristics of consumers, their tastes and preferences for company products and those of competitors.
  • Work to enhance understanding of our consumers, gain deeper consumer insights, dig deeper into analytics, and act quickly to drive specific business results and value.
  • Apply Integrated Marketing Management (IMM) – solutions designed specifically to identify opportunities that have the biggest revenue, sales, and marketing. Prioritize these opportunities and develop specific recommendations.
  • Design and develop The Pup Collection’s Marketing Spend Effectiveness framework to optimize marketing spend.
  • Develop organizational understanding, acceptance and behaviors that promote the importance of analytics and performance against budgets.
  • Design framework for The Pup Collection Sponsorship Optimization to help maximize the power of sponsorships within the context of overall brand strategy and activation.
  • Apply deep analytics capabilities and strategic expertise to assist in selecting new sponsorships, optimizing existing sponsorships, and measuring the impact of our sponsorship investment. Assess
    alignment, costs, contract terms, activation plans, and experiential opportunities against specific measurable results.
  • Develop a customized model to align The Pup Collection’s sponsorships with overall brand positioning and business objectives.
